Great people, great team, I learned a lot from working as a research assistant, since everyone was involved in the process, I have a very clear idea of the whole project and the objectives of each step.

Cons

Besides focusing solely on the project, team members are also professors and scientists which might make some meetings canceled or not completed.

Great community. Professors are willing to let you grow into your teaching ability by providing guidance, but letting you take lead after you become more comfortable. Diverse student population is very fun to work with.

Cons

The stipend is below average for the area and schools of similar size, but the university has taken steps in the last few years to begin remedying it.
