Pros

Great faculty and colleagues. Small undergraduate liberal arts combined with Master's and PhD programs makes for an interesting student body doing some amazing things. Beautiful campus. Good benefits.

Cons

Tuition driven; limited resources for faculty and staff. Main South location in Worcester, MA, although improving, is dicey (property crime and occasionally worse).

Clark's IT department had a supportive environment for learning on the job, and certain higher-ups were happy to teach and mentor me.

Cons

Management not just happy with speedy/quality results, coworkers goofed off and left work to be done by someone else.
