Pros

Supportive of work life balance.

Cons

SLT is unwilling to help with issues at local level. Just told to fix it or HR will be called in. They preach accountability but won't hold themselves accountable for their mistakes. It is disheartening to see a company leave their employees flapping in the wind with no help. Their pay is way below market standard for the positions and expectations are set so high to ensure failure. The rebrand from Camelot to Clarvida destroyed this company. If you want to be overworked and underpaid, this is the place for you!

Solution to the low pay issue!!!!

Pros

I have reviewed Clarvida's responses to people's comments about low pay and it's nothing but excuses. I have come up with an exciting solution to the problem: Don't pay anyone in the company more than $200,000 including Steve and those working with him. Can you imagine the savings that can be distributed among the poor of Clarvida? This way Steve can still live in luxury on a budget while we can afford basic necessities, such as rent, groceries, gas and don't have to work two jobs with advanced degrees. We have recently learned that our state director makes $130,000 when his position was posted and the salary was made public. It's time the upper management starts to carry the financial burden alongside us.

Cons

THE GREED of upper management

We regularly review our compensation structures across all levels to ensure they are competitive and equitable within our industry and the broader market. This includes total compensation packages which include wages, benefits, and opportunities for growth. We appreciate your forthrightness and hope you will speak with your supervisor about potential career growth opportunities that align with your goals.
