Nightmare job and even worse for the clients

This was unfortunately not a rewarding place to work by any means. Took them two months to even issue my first payment which I was near ready to quit and find another job while waiting those two months. Your schedule was constantly changing due to having to work doubles when other staff would just decide to not show up without notice, reoccurring issue. Min wage pay and no raises. Clients were not getting care they should have been from other staff yet company just ignores it when you reach out to report it. Rules constantly being bent or broken to suite the needs of the slacking staff. Favoritism is a HUGE thing within this company. If you are not in the circle for your site you will be pushed out within weeks. I myself would never want a relative or friend in the care of this company. So many things that go on at this company are not okay, would not dare recommend anyone to work here and I feel bad for the good employees they do have and underappreciate.
Cons
Low pay, no raises No compensation for travel No communication from management Overtime (without notice, you'll find out when the next staff member doesn't show up)
