So many responsibilities as a clinician, exhausting, feel like my life is controlled by clients and my boss’ expectations, crazy hours, no boundaries

Good supervisors and colleagues. Good work for the clients.

Cons

Some unprofessional staff members (receptionist, therapists) who sit and chat all day and don't do any work. Brings down morale that there is no disciplinary action taken.
