      Very pleased with all the staff that I work with! I often spend part of my day laughing with those I work with!

      Pros

      Benefits- flexible schedule around my own personal schedule- lots of training opportunities- PTO- Growth opportunities

      Cons

      Pay for long term staff is often significantly lower than new staff coming. I understand we need to have competitive wages to grow and acquire new staff but long term staff deserve more than a 2% raise.

      Pros

      Your coworkers will be your saving grace. They'll be the ones to help you clean wounds when management doesn't even put a first aid kit in the house :)

      Cons

      Where do I even begin...? CSPs get rushed training and then are thrown into houses where clients have such bad behavioral issues due to the constant turnover rate of this company, are denied medical care when physically injured on the job, are pitted against each other because of obvious favoritism from management, among everything else. If you enjoy working away every minute of your week just to be underpaid and unappreciated, then by all means... The clients deserve so much better than this company. If the clients are as unhappy as they are, then how do you expect to feel good as an employee working for this godforsaken company?
