I have worked for Renew 6+ years and I hope to be here for years to come. I came in as a CSP and worked my way up the latter. I have met some amazing people, employees and clients that have touched my life in ways unexplainable. I know people think that Renew does not pay their staff well. I disagree!! Renew does pay their staff well and they offer benefits, PTO, life insurance and 401K which are some amazing benefits that costs the company a lot of money. Kathy, Karl, Val, Wendy, Darcee, and Katie along with all the others I work with are some of the most amazing people I have met and they DO CARE!!!!! At the same time Renew is a business; an Organization that continues to grow because state and counties see that they do someone amazing and wonderful things for the individuals they serve. No, not every story is a success story but Renew does have many!! Renew has definitely made me a better person!!

I have been with Renew for 5 years. During my 5 years I have seen many staff come and go. I have worked in low key homes, medical homes and high paced behavioral homes. All were and still are a great experience for me. The people I work with are valued, appreciated and respected for the services they provide to the clients we serve. Many people have been promoted from with in the company to Behavioral Support Specialists, Lead Staff, HR Staffing Coordinators, Program Managers. If you have a desire to move up all you have to do is let someone know. Show your willingness to carry out the responsibilities it requires. I believe in the company I work for because we all have the same desire and goal. To give the client's we serve a better quality of life. Working with Renew is one of the most rewarding experiences I have had. I am glad to be part of such a great team.
