      Pros

      I've worked in various mental health agencies and feel refreshed at how real everyone is. I like that they are real people and show that. I especially like the extra holidays and the fact that my vacation and sick time are separate so if i'm sick, i don't have to use vacation days. I don't feel bad taking sick days for mental health or being sick because i still have fun days to spend. I have friends who work for other agencies and were still going into homes when we were told to start using telehealth. I like that FPS cared for us and the clients to initiate that early.

      Cons

      There have been some changes in the company lately but i honestly can't fault FPS since a lot were Virginia TDT changes that everyone went through and such.

      Pros

      Great leadership, collaborative team environment with a focus on delivering exceptional care to the consumers they serve. FPS continuously promotes talented staff from within their own ranks.

      Cons

      As with all companies within the mental health world, it can be very stressful balancing fiscal responsibility with service delivery.

      Interesting job Decent schedule Helping others growth as a clinician/ there is room to grow in the company

      Cons

      upper level management does not value employees at the clinician level. Upper level management does not communicate well. Position was eliminated with no warning.
