      Dependent on the team and division, there is a high level of clinician support. Those teams are empathetic and understand the need for flexibility and work-life balance in high stress positions in the company.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy interferes with client care. Lack of transparency. High turnover/burnout rate. Low pay. Lack of transparency from upper management.

      Low pay, poor management, favoritism, under appreciated, undervalued and overworked, no support, extremely large caseloads, back-to-back appointments with no downtime to complete additional required work, no 401K match, low vacation/personal time, poor work environment

      Lots of PTO days, good resume experience

      Poor management and leadership - the manager has terrible people and communication skills. Team lead is extremely rude and does not take the time to communicate with people she just barks orders and when you do something wrong she is quick to report to manager. You are given quarterly evaluation and management always gives you poor scores so that you don't try to take their jobs. People are fired all the time - no job security. People who have work there for 10+ years are fired
