      Pros

      Team-oriented environments, impacting the community in a positive way. Rehire process was straightforward. For a mental health support role, very low relative stress & taking work home.

      Cons

      Salary not competitive, sometimes toxic work environment, sudden changes to policy then low follow through on equal expectations of all staff.

      You are forced to learn a lot in a short period of time, which ends up being beneficial as a new clinician despite a pain in the butt

      Cons

      Lots of driving (wear on car), isolation from colleagues, low pay, disappointing leadership in all supervisory positions

      Pros

      Work with kids is a great learning experience and is rewarding. Flexible schedule is also a plus.

      Cons

      God awful supervisors, even worse travel compensation. The pay is absolutely no where near reflective in the amount of work you will do. I have received 80 dollar pay checks before despite working 20+ hours at 13.50/hour. Avoid at all costs.
