      Flexible schedule, Friendly environment if lucky

      Cons

      Have to work with tough families and sometimes cases that noone else will pick up, especially if you're new at the company. depending on what branch you work at you have to be careful of supervisors; (Can be extremely aggressive)

      Pros

      Enjoyed helping children and their families.

      Cons

      Management is awful. They make fun of and put down employees. They make you feel worthless and the company only cares about earning money for the investors. If you do let upper management know what is going on in the local office, it is ignored.

      unstable management structure, no warning changes of management staff, frequent firings, no raises (over 18 months), for profit company that's only interest is the bottom line
