The company overall is very family friendly and oriented. Very flexible with hours and willing to work with you through just about any personal obstacles.

Cons

You will have to deal a lot with insurance companies. Depending on your position with the company your schedule will need to be worked around quite often.

Cons

Constant layoffs, no raises, no reviews, no communication from senior management and when there is its like watching an infomercial full of empty promises, don't listen to employees ideas.

Mission is to work with children and families in community based program.

Cons

More concerned about quantity of clients rather than the quality of clinical work with the families and children. Pushy in regards to increasing number of clients Training program not as efficient as they state Upper management / administration does not manage effectively or efficiently. They tell you what you want to hear instead of working through issues Fraudulent billing and management staff
