TFS is overall a good company

Pros

It gives you good experience working in the social service field. You have the potential to make really good money.

Cons

The money is only good when you have a full caseload. This is not a job that I would recommend for anyone who has a family. You have to work non-traditional hours and sometimes very long days.

Pros

The branch I worked for in Verona, Va was wonderful. The camaraderie in the office really helped with some of the isolating feelings that could accompany the job. Can make your own schedule as long as you are meeting the hour requirements.

Cons

Job can feel isolating at times. Hour expectations were unreasonable and unattainable. Closer locations were promised but never came to fruition. So much paperwork, it was very difficult to separate work from personal life.

I received free training that, once I was hired, I receive wage for. They are always looking for people to work.

Cons

The administration is mediocre at best and it seems that they've chosen to expand the company over the well-being of their clients.

If you are willing, we would like to talk more with you about what you mean by “higher qualified individuals” since our CSP positions are entry level and our administration positions are based on education level and experience.
