Great pay structure, co workers on your level are generally easy to get along with. Rewards for hitting quotas are very fair.

Cons

General Manager asked us to leave positive Glassdoor reviews. Management can be very aggressive as they let personal issues often get in the way of work ethic. Long hours.

HR and General Managers order us to all go leave positive reviews on glassdoor every few months in order to recover from all the negative past reviews as they are struggling to fill positions and retain old values
