Pros

One of the things that has impressed me is how dedicated the leadership is to evaluating their processes, listening to their customers, and seeking to improve the experience of every family involved with CC. I have tremendous respect for the Executive team and their commitment to delivering a quality, Christ-centered product that helps parents educate their kids. This attitude trickles down to the employees, as well. I have seen the management team implement several changes directly as a result of employee feedback. A high importance was also placed on developing the skills of each employee. In short, I believe they pay fairly, manage with integrity, and I genuinely feel cared for and appreciated as a worker.

Cons

Okay, so finding a good company to work for that does not have flaws is impossible. At CC, I feel that they at least desire to know their flaws and are actively working to improve on them. Communication and understanding of best practices throughout the entire organization seems to be inconsistent. But, then, I suppose that's to be expected when a large amount of your work force consists of remote moms working part-time. Many of CC jobs are remote, so if working remotely or the motivation and discipline required to do so are a struggle, I would not recommend working for CC. Otherwise, no concerns. I see the leadership actively working to learn and improve.
