Pros

The application process is very easy. I just had to sign a few forms and consent to a background check. The curriculum and supplies are made available to you. You just have to teach.

Cons

You can't deviate from the lesson plan.

Pros

I have loved working for CC as a Challenge A tutor. It's been an enriching experience throughout the year and I have really grow in learning how to work with 7th grade students and guide them towards seeing education as a tool for their own knowledge and benefit. .

Cons

No real downsides to this job. In order to be considered you do have to have a very strong understanding of Classical Education and really catch the vision for instilling a love of learning into the next generation, so it's not a job for everyone.
