      Other coworkers were very friendly

      Cons

      Management was rude and abrasive, often not understanding the material for lessons we produced and then berating me for trying to make the math accurate rather than fit a graphical style

      Pros

      This position allowed much freedom in schedule and choosing venues. The Area Manager was very supportive and encouraging in my role and responsibilities.

      Cons

      Although the Tutors were technically expected to host an informational event each summer, many of them ignored the mandate and refused to connect with me to secure venues, calendar events. Therefore, much of my time was wasted trying to arrange these opportunities for members who were not held to task.
