Top Down with no room for growth

Pros

Classy has a wonderful mission and some fantastic customers.

Cons

In product development everything is top down, coming from the Senior Management team that was put in place. If you like to do as you are told and not think for yourself then this is the place for you. Also, the career paths do not exist at Classy. You will be stuck at the same level/position for years. 3% salary increase is not a raise when cost of living goes up 5-7%.
