Not many cons to list

-Classy is a company full of coasters. It's comical whenever leadership refers to the company as having a "start-up" atmosphere. It's not at all. -They are years behind the competition and not best-in-class at anything. Yet the company pushes the narrative that they're leading at every product they release. They'll continue to lose market share by anyone who wants to take it. If it weren't for their restrictive contracts, the company would be MUCH smaller. -WAY too many talking heads. Middle management just exists to create meetings and assign tasks. Most can repeat company values, but can't identify which product is Classy's and which product isn't. -No advancement. They'll hire outside before looking inside for promotions. -CEO is so out of touch with nonprofit culture, the problems they face, and most importantly, how Classy tries (and fails) to solve them. She is simply under-qualified for the role.
