Biggest con with classy is I believe the false reality you are told and even showed during the interview process. It definitely is not as it appears. Overall a good company but really the sales is divided by lead gens known as sdrs and account executives who are dependent on leads from sdrs or they become sdrs themselves. Company is very metrics heavy as of recent and you can lose you job within 5 month, performance plan after 4. Very slow sales process so be prepared to make only 45-50k for 6 months. Top performers do well though.

CEO is clueless and has no idea what he wants the company to be and there is no actual vision. They sink money into sales and marketing while bleeding the product team dry. They promise clients features they can't deliver. Very few people actually do the job they were hired for. They rarely get qualified people to lead teams and just promote and hire from within. No guidelines for who they work with so some clients are fairly nefarious.
