      Hardly any reason to work with clavax

      Cons

      Many reason : Top management treat our employee like a labour. Offer very low salary. Env is just like hell. No learning only copy paste. Nothing is good to work for this company.

      Flexible timings, no politics

      Cons

      HR department are not good, Performance deduction from salary every month, provide less salary as compared to market, floor timings are count means employee have to punch out the card even for attending phone calls, not much​ to learn for qa as they have only manual testing projects.

      Pros

      Very good company for a fresher as you will get good work from day one. As team size will be small, you will get to work on entire stack ( different things in the same project). Cool environment and positive vibes. You might be sitting next to the CEO and yet you might not be aware, on my day one at the company, he came and handshake with all and i thought him to be an employee but got to know about him later. Annual company sponsored trip, you are going to cherish anyway. Pool and Ping pong tables to rejuvenate yourself

      Cons

      Take up some large projects and hire quality experienced resources who can lead with ease. Company is doing good but focus on quality delivery if wants to do better. Less chances to work on cutting edge technologies as every thing is predetermined. Use technology not because you have resources aware of it but if it is the right fit to use. Some projects are going on without even a wireframe
