you will get a chance to work on a number of projects and will work on all the cycles of SDLC. also you will get to learn the majority of new technologies if you are willing.

small size projects no coding standards followed by most people no of leaves very few , only 12 per year

I worked long time with Clavax. I thank you sir that you give me nice opportunity and good projects to learn. I don’t like what false reviews people put here about the company. Writing this review because I feel there are a lot of false reviews here.

Cons

There are no cons as such. For people who are not focusing on work, they find fault every where. For people who know what they want and what they need to do, the company is good for them.

If you got some positive reviews, ignore that, coz that are written by the company itself. They are very kind because they will ask you... Will you resign yourself or should we fire you? Some of the managers asking your salary and if the have doubt by any means... The will put you in trouble.
