      Pros

      Flexible timings. You can come and go whenever you want. Only you have to complete the flour timings. Exposure to new and different technologies. Good environment Seniors are very supportive

      Cons

      The salary they provide is not up to the mark.

      Pros

      1) Work life balance 2) Flexible Timings are big plus here you can come and go anytime you want just have to complete floor timings 3) Not much work stress depend upon the team you are working with and the project. 4) Management is good you can directly approach HR in case you need help with anything. 5) Company annual trip ( we go annually for trip which is great ).

      Cons

      1) Policies are changed in past few months like leave and too much variables in salary. 2) Some teams are not that good to work with and have politics. 3) If you are offered a good salary and you are in a good team you will enjoy working with this company .

      No pros at all. Not a good company for your career.

      Cons

      Full of cons. No growth , no first preference for guys , no job security, no incentives, late pli, no cab facility, poor HR management. No benefits at all from company.Also there are managers who are there only to spend some time with their girlfriend and saying themselves a part of management and management is supporting them as well.
