      Too much Cost cutting in other words looting us.

      Pros

      You will be made to work from the very first day if you are a DEVELOPER. U can learn here only the basics. But if you want to learn more then sorry this company is not for you. Rest NO PROS...

      Cons

      Too much cost cutting. Your package will be shown good but the variable part is a lot. Management will not listen to you. Managers don't have any knowledge they will always be ready to scold you in front of whole team. Only the boot likers will get recognition. Lots of politics around. HR will be in favour of you in front of you but will backstab you for sure. Only the DEVELOPERS can learn here thats just is basics the QA, Designers etc will not learn at all. Financially you will NOT improve. They will mentally harass you by saying that you do nothing. If you are not a bootlicker then your performance is definitely not good in this company.

      I am working in this company for 4+ years, I joined as a developer and grew up to become Team Lead, this company has a lot to offer to Employees and Clients. 1.) Excellent CEO 2.) Excellent Environment 3.) Opportunity to Grow and Learn 4.) Excellent Client Client handling and Relationship In 4+ years of my stay in Clavax, I didn't have any any single day when I had to think before going to office. This company provides the best of everything. CEO is always humble and approachable. This is among the best IT companies I can think of.

      Cons

      Once you become a part of it, it will become difficult for you to leave it.
