Pros

The benefits and perks are good. There is career advancement.

Cons

The work environment can get toxic with how employees talk badly about each other, which throws off the mood in the room. Especially with cliques in the workplace. Entry level jobs will have a worker doing 3-in-1 jobs where the pay doesn't pay you enough, and you are expected to train yourself.
