Pros

The job itself is simple. However you will always be tested to make sure you are doing the right thing and set up with different scenarios. If you fail to do the right thing you will be reprimanded. These tests happen at random and happen often. The culture isn't excellent but over all, it's an easy job if you can deal with those things and keep to yourself.

- Good Pension, Healthcare, Vision, Dental, etc. - Vacation & Sick leave builds up quickly. - Somedays are easier than others. - Advantage in changing departments if possible

Cons

- Low pay. - Low raises. - Low staff. - Management is all over the place.
