      Pros

      Clayton Homes has an excellent benefit plan that covers medical, dental and vision. As well as retirement with employer match.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of manufactured housing, sometimes one finds oneself working 12+ hours a day, 6 days a week.

      Clayton Homes is a well manufactured decent product.

      Cons

      Tge Location I workes at was incredibly unprofessionally run, there were no codes of conduct that were acceptable for all people, certain employees got a very different standard and were allowed to be late; miss work, dress inappropriately, act inappropriately, no sales and keep their jobs Etc because of the relationship with the manager it was not a good experience. This manager was willing to lose his good selling profit making employees to keep his close friendship with this one person who was not doing their job.
