      Pros

      In my case, employment with Clayton was highly rewarding on both a work and a very personal level. The people I worked with for 2+ years were engaging, capable, dedicated and personable. I enjoyed my work and my team and it was wonderful to see how we 'gelled' and met our goals. The bonus program that allows everyone to benefit from the company's hard work was a great benefit. Investment in their employees, work/life balance makes them an employer of choice in the community.

      Cons

      I didn't experience anything at Clayton that I would qualify as a 'con'. Clayton is like most companies in that there are always situations / restructurings that occur during the course of any work relationship - it's up to you how you handle it.
