      Pros

      you can get a job here very easy since they have so much turn over. They have a good 401k. you can get lots of overtime at some plants.

      Cons

      They will work you to death, you have no vacation other than planned shut downs for the first 7 years. they will treat you like you do not matter. high amount of turnover. no raises.

      Pros

      The pros of my position in this company are that I get to work alone and do what I feel needs to be done as priority. I have 2 guys that work for me that I direct to jobs that need to be done as well.

      Cons

      The biggest downside to working for this company is very low pay for what I do. Small companies can sometimes be a good thing but sometimes not so much...
