      I have nothing positive to say about this place. One of the worst jobs I've ever had.

      You have absolutely no freedom to be an individual. You are constantly monitored and cannot even make a small joke without having to talk to HR. There is no "Team atmosphere" like they love to claim, everyone is out for themselves and will gladly throw you under the bus if they think it will be helpful to them.

      If you live in the south or even in Colorado you can do really well with Clayton Homes

      Cons

      Salt Lake City Utah has a really slow market, land in the city is really expensive and to find land is a real challenge
