Clayton Homes is a company committed to providing affordable housing options across the United States. It is a varied company that has many different business units including insurance, mortgage and finance, site built homes, manufacturing, technology, etc. The home office has a great culture and is a wonderful space. Benefits, opportunities, volunteering, compensation, and team work are all top notch at Clayton!

Cons

With many business units, the decentralization can make it difficult to have a unified approach within certain goals, strategies, and projects. Diversity efforts are ongoing but they have quite a bit to go.
