- Provides 40hr HAZWOPER training - Largest environmental services company in North America - Stock options - 401k - Bonus plan for managers

Cons

- No training schedule ; career path is self taught - Lots of promises, little follow through - Pay scales and advancement options/opportunities not clear - Low morale across organization
