Made good friends. Freedom when needed. Interesting and unique jobs. Hires kids out of school without experience and gives good training. Lots of upward mobility options. I enjoyed traveling.

Cons

Long hours and the company expects a lot from you. This is true for office and field jobs. Hard to maintain work life balance. Always feel under staffed. Our computer system seems out of date which seems to add more struggle to your daily work. Weekend work.
