The team really supported me, technology and assembly precision were strong, my boss had my back and provided good mentorship... hoping a new role opens soon so i can return... working for a large prime contractor I am just a number

I really thought that working here would be something good because the offer actually sounded great.

Cons

We were playing an UNFAIR game that none of us were aware of! The management was blatant and clear goals, gave others the upper hand while some don't and it was awful. The treatment I got was terrible and even hostile at times!

Cons

The founder's lack of strategic direction and decision-making prowess resulted in a disarrayed corporate structure, leaving employees feeling disgruntled and demoralized. The exasperation grew as communication channels faltered, hindering collaboration and hindering progress. The founder's autocratic tendencies created an atmosphere where innovation ideas were stifled and dissenting voices were silenced, painting a picture of a corporate villain more concerned with personal power than the success of the company.
