      That's just how the managers were, cold and hostile!

      Pros

      Paychecks were never delayed, benefits were processed quickly when needed, including paid leaves etc..

      Cons

      Even when you get yourself exhausted daily from the hard work and stressed from the sacrifices you've made, management still won't bother giving you a raise! Because that's just how the managers were, cold and hostile!

      Small Company Where the Management Makes Fake Promises and Then Ignores You

      Pros

      There aren't many pros to working here. The only thing I liked was that some of my colleagues were cool and helpful.

      Cons

      It was another small company where the management had a dictatorship. They blatantly lied to employees about workloads and made our lives more stressful. They also made fake promises about hiring new resources so that everyone could stop working brutal, insane, and exhausting hours. Most people, including me, couldn't see that they were lying. Don't repeat our mistake! Avoid trusting these fake people.

      It's mandatory to write something in this section, so I am writing this. In my opinion, there were no pros to working here.

      Cons

      I think that if something goes wrong in an organization, the management is directly responsible for it. Here, the management was incompetent, arrogant, and terrible at its job. They never admitted that they could be wrong. The workloads were always high, but the staff members were always low. It meant unwanted stress, exhaustion, and aggression among employees. It also led to a toxic and hostile environment. Avoid!
