On one occasion, I saw him throw a stapler at an employee who had made a mistake. This kind of behavior created a hostile work environment and made it difficult to focus on the job. As a result of these factors, I found that the quality of my work began to erode. I made more mistakes, and I had to rework my work more often. I also started to experience burnout.
