      Disgruntled Employees Amidst Founder's Strategic Failures and Autocratic Rule

      The company provided an average salary package. It wasn't a standout feature, but it was fair enough considering the responsibilities and tasks assigned.

      Cons

      The founder's lack of strategic direction and decision-making prowess resulted in a disarrayed corporate structure, leaving employees feeling disgruntled and demoralized. The exasperation grew as communication channels faltered, hindering collaboration and hindering progress. The founder's autocratic tendencies created an atmosphere where innovation ideas were stifled and dissenting voices were silenced, painting a picture of a corporate villain more concerned with personal power than the success of the company.

      Unlimited workload for employees

      Pros

      Working here can be a good learning experience.

      Cons

      It always feels like there's an unlimited amount of workload for the employees. The tasks here just never end, and employees always had to work ten times harder just to accomplish tasks in time. The management's ineffective style of leadership doesn't help either. The managers don't really guide us, and they don't check our schedules before dumping tasks onto us.

      Pros

      If you don't mind being a shadow in a company that focuses on only filling the pockets of top management, the people you would work with are pretty great.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership, low pay, disconnected management from how the business actually works. CEO and the upper management were reactionary and had too much ego to be willing to listen. Malicious management style that created a negative and hostile work environment. I would not recommend this company when someone asks.
