      The system needs to change ASAP

      Pros

      The work's all good, I really need to get time for myself to recover. This doesn't only go with me, but I think other employees would also agree.

      Cons

      The company promises of work-life balance and equal treatment to all staff, but that's not the situation here. The amount work I've got doesn't allow me to take a full break, and had to continuosly work overtime. I don't have time to breathe, and no time for my family. This system needs to change ASAP.

      It's the system that need upgrading

      Pros

      We still get paid on time no matter what the situation is, even when business was tough.

      Cons

      Their outdated systems are what's making work really slow. What's ironic is the management expect us to work fast and get all things done quick. But we're not the problem, it's the systems that needed changing and upgrading to get things done on time.

      They don't hesitate firing employees

      Pros

      If you want a so called safe place to work in, then this is good for you. Everyone's wearing a mask within the workplace at all times.

      Cons

      This company doesn't give you the choice if you wanna get vaccinated or not. They're very much into this covid fear and had a protocol for employees get the vax or get fired if they don't. They care much about the employee, but don't hesitate fire them.

      We followed the COVID protocol provided by the CDC and required by our government customers per Federal Acquisition Regulations. This changes regularly and we no longer require masks in our operations. We value the heath and safety of our team and try to do our best to respect team members independence, while keeping our work environment safe. Angelique X. Irvin CEO
