      I am not sure why everyone is looking for the positives. This job or this workplace cannot provide anyone with a positive experience.

      Cons

      The top management is terrible at hiring the right resources. They were awful about paying people right and always hired the cheapest resources. They also hired people without training and then blamed them if something went wrong. It was ridiculous. If you plan to join here, the smartest move would be to avoid it. If you can't, don't expect to stay for too long. It was a toxic workplace where people didn't care about anyone and were always fake! BEWARE!

      Working here can be a good learning experience.

      Cons

      It always feels like there's an unlimited amount of workload for the employees. The tasks here just never end, and employees always had to work ten times harder just to accomplish tasks in time. The management's ineffective style of leadership doesn't help either. The managers don't really guide us, and they don't check our schedules before dumping tasks onto us.

      The character and magnetism have played a significant role in building and shaping the team into the high-performing group it was.

      Cons

      Be prepared for a terrible work-life balance and constant micromanagement from the CEO and the management. The absurd demands and constant scrutiny from the top can lead to the demise of even the most talented employees. They were paying good money though, if you are okay with that, then you might check this company out.
