      Lack of work-life balance for employees

      I learn some things by working with talented people.

      Cons

      Employees in this company lack a proper work-life balance because of the overwhelming amount of workload given by the management. The managers don't have any limits when it comes to assigning tasks to us, and they really mind our schedules being full. The unreasonable amount of workload and deadlines that are short notice cause the loss of employee work-life balance.

      Pros

      None significantly to report, other than a few good colleagues here and there, but even then they all feel abused and trapped.

      Cons

      Management is mostly there to explain why you don't deserve to be paid for your work. You will be a worker bee, and you will not have enough time to do anything unless you sacrifice your mental health & sleep. Pay is just average at this point, you could get paid more, working LESS hours elsewhere. Overall, it was not a tolerable work environment.

      More Pros than Cons

      Pros

      The company understands that we have a life outside of work and that family comes first. I've never had to worry about losing time because of a sick child or a snow day. As long as I get my work done, no one complains. I get to work with a great bunch of people that work well together.

      Cons

      Some things can be a challenge when trying to communicate between different departments. I think this is a challenge within every company.
