      Small Company Where the Management Makes Fake Promises and Then Ignores You

      Pros

      There aren't many pros to working here. The only thing I liked was that some of my colleagues were cool and helpful.

      Cons

      It was another small company where the management had a dictatorship. They blatantly lied to employees about workloads and made our lives more stressful. They also made fake promises about hiring new resources so that everyone could stop working brutal, insane, and exhausting hours. Most people, including me, couldn't see that they were lying. Don't repeat our mistake! Avoid trusting these fake people.

      The environment was always clean and tidy, with good lighting all around, like the way it should be.

      Cons

      The 8-hour daily shift didn't go as promised and as intended to or maybe the management didn't intended at all and it was just a LIE! From personal experience, I worked more than 40 hours weekly, including weekends, and it made my life terrible and MISERABLE! I was always stressed and extremely exhausted but nobody cared!

      A lot of talented people work here

      Cons

      However, the talented people here are scattered around the company without any clear direction for them. The management is not effective at utilizing, maximizing, and honing the talents of its employees. That's why the people with amazing potential don't get to unleash their potential because the managers do not know how.
