      We have never had a role with this title "Electronic Technician" in our company. We work hard to value every employees contribution to our success. In 2020 we dramatically improved medical benefits with no cost to employees, added profit sharing, more than doubled 401K matches, and added rewards at all levels for teams' contributions. We will continue to work to improve our leadership and show better how we care for our employees.

      Company with growing pains

      Pros

      Coworkers are great, we motivate each other.

      Cons

      Most projects are killed or put on hold by the CEO without discussing with team members. Very little feedback or discussion other than lip service on standards processes having to be adhered to. No action items during meetings, so most meetings are pointless. CEO does not have enough executives that can offer meaningful business intelligence or simply a difference in opinion.

      Long Hours and Limited Growth

      The management tries to care for its employees.

      Cons

      The top two reasons for me disliking the workplace were long hours and limited growth options. The workload was too high at times, so we had to put in extra hours whether we wanted to or not. Also, there was not much scope for new learnings and growth.

      We are sorry to hear this was your experience. We really appreciate when people step up to meet a deadline especially with the challenges of COVID. Our data indicates we had <1% overtime in the last 2 years in our Eagleville facility. Since there is always room for an employer to improve, we appreciate your input.
