I have always liked variety, so I liked the idea of working for clients in different industries. It helped my learning.

Cons

All employees here were expected to wear not multiple but countless hats. Work will keep coming in from all directions, and you will have to keep up. It was very tiring and frustrating at times.

Cons

The management of this company is useless. We customer representatives keep getting the same complaints from clients, and we keep raising these issues to the managers. Unfortunately, the management likes to pretend that they don't hear anything and just ignores our valid concerns. So, we're stuck answering the same complaints from clients over and over again without any progress. Why have these managers in the first place if they won't deal with the problems faced by the company anyway?

Pros

They provide employees with ample training that helps them to grow personally and professionally. I liked that part best during my time.

Cons

The mnagement can be quite rude when it comes to sharing feedback. They use words without thinking that they are hurting someone. I felt so bad after every feedback session with them.
