      None. I honestly can't think of a single positive to say. It's become a very toxic, stressful work environment

      Cons

      Poor pay, no raises benefits are expensive and no match on 401K most of the time. The only care about sales and not thier employees. Don't show any weakness or they will find a reason to get rid of you

We provide solid 401K match and have for years, premium medical and dental, co pays below industry averages, and 100% of all out of pocket medical cost with a company issued credit card. Angelique X.       All the incompetence around me was too much

      Pros

      I learned how to train people, be more patient, supportive and be more resilient with all the chaos around me.

      Cons

      I didn't want to judge people but it was clearly obvious that they hire people with incompetence or lacking experience and that negatively affected how we worked. It was just too challenging to work with people from different background than who we should be working with.

      The company has potentials, but they need to hire better people. People who have skill and who can work hard,

      Cons

      Working with stubborn members and unskilled professionals can be very frustrating. It doesn't only affect your work, but also it affected me personally because I get really stressed because of them.
