      Pros

      Good salesmanship( talk the talk but don't walk the walk)

      Cons

      Very poorly managed. All talk no action. Penny wise. Dollar foolish. Does not know how to hire or evaluate potential employees. Alway looking to save a dollar at the expense of getting good talented employees. Hudson NH plant attempting to be managed from Corp. office in PA.

      As we continue to grow we have refreshed our management team. As well, we've included small group lunches with C level managers for all to be heard and expanded compensation and benefits significantly.

      Pros

      Great company, interesting work. Employees are friendly and eager to get the job done. Flexible work schedule and good pay. Outstanding coffee.

      Excellent Engineering Team - Like the Job a Lot

      Pros

      The work is interesting and the engineering team is exceptional. Management is demanding of top notch work but fair on what can be done with resources available. Flexibility of work hours/telecommuting is a nice perk. I was always treated well especially by the CEO who bent over backwards. Company is growing and seems to really care about employees and be loyal to them. I miss working for the company.

      Cons

      Don't come her if you want t 40 hour week. bit understaffed for current growth.
