Great, fun people to work with. The culture is fun and they try to be uplifting. We try and look out for everyone and do a lot of charity work.
Cons
Very low pay in all positions. The weak pay and heavy travel is pretty overwhelming if you are trying to support a family. Unless you positioned yourself correctly with the prior owner the chances you meet your professional goals with this company is slim to none. The bureaucracy in this company is overwhelming. Some people were promoted because of who they know and it is almost laughable they can tie their own shoes in the morning. Actually I may list that as a pro as well, since I constantly laugh at their stupidity.
