Pros

Co-workers are nice, and the environment can be really fun. Sometimes stressful but not unbearable. Pay is okay, but would be nice if bonuses were given out, or raises were a regular occurrence.

Cons

Management. It's hard to have corporate pretending they know everything about what's going on, but they don't. You can't be apart of a team you're not even physically present for.
