This industry is extremely gratifying and never boring. The constant shift of challenges in the aviation media industry makes for a great place to grow, make contacts and build a career.

Cons

There can be long hours and high pressure situations driven by sales. Sometimes there are frustrating client politics since there are so many parties involved with every facet of aviation industry.

flexible field sales role, comfortable office environment

Cons

Lack of support, guidance and progression. There is an element of favouritism with unprofessional attitudes when dealing with employees. BDMs at the bottom of the food chain put in the hard graft which is rarely recognised or appreciated from senior management, who have an extremely fickle approach to managing their employees.
