      Pros

      Commission scheme was great until recently changed Okay-ish basic Company car (although trackers are fitted so your every move is stalked)

      Cons

      Company not in a great position financially as there is a constant high staff turnover which creates extreme pressure. The micro-management team are out of touch and rule by fear. Constant complaints from clients due to posting issues. No freedom to try new approaches at all.
