      freedom to work remotely and ok basic salary

      Cons

      Constant fear of being told off. Non existent culture throughout the group. Poor internal communications despite ludicrous amounts of internal emails. Management are out of touch and rule by fear

      A few coworkers were really nice.

      Cons

      Upper management is passive aggressive and does more harm than helps. Most sales people aren't on top of things, don't know how to use a computer (many don't know how to copy and paste or create a file), and don't bother to learn the pre sale process.
